Lee Seung-hwan is accused by a YouTuber who reported to the CIA..Travel Allegations of fabrication of official documents

Singer Lee Seung-hwan was accused of forgery and exercise of official documents by a YouTuber who raised suspicions about his entry into the United States.

On Thursday, Lee posted an image of the complaint on his account.

According to the posted complaint, the accuser was a YouTuber who claimed that Lee Seung-hwan had manipulated his entry into the United States, and he accused Lee of forgery and exercise of official documents. The accuser requested that `The suspect Lee Seung-hwan committed crimes such as forging or falsifying official documents related to travel records in the United States on his Facebook SNS around February 21, 2025, so please thoroughly investigate and punish him severely.'

Earlier, Lee Seung-hwan had strongly criticized President Yoon for leading the December 3 emergency martial law by performing at the Yoon Suk Yeol Impeachment Candle Culture Festival held in front of the National Assembly building in Yeouido, Seoul, on December 13 last year.

Since then, some conservative online communities have moved "Let's report pro-impeachment celebrities to the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)." The intention was to make US immigration screening difficult or prevent the issuance of ESTA, a visa-free entry program, by driving pro-North Korean forces or anti-American.

Later, Lee posted a photo taken in the U.S. last month, saying, `I came to the U.S. for my nephew's wedding. Of course, they were not denied entry by the CIA or HTML" he said.

However, some far-right netizens suspected the manipulation, saying the photo released by Lee Seung-hwan was composite.

Also, one YouTuber said 'Seunghwan, do you want to make a bet with me? I sincerely hope you went to America. In the video, the YouTuber "Recently, Korean right-wingers are reporting anti-American figures to the CIA. But it actually works. "If you really went to your nephew's wedding, please release the pictures you took at the airport or the pictures you took with your family," he said, asking for evidence and offering a bet.

In response, Lee Seung-hwan, who accepted the bet, disclosed records of entry and exit to the United States, photos of his nephew attending the wedding, and "Proof of Facts about Entry" issued by the Korea Immigration and Foreigners Agency.
