Actor Song Hye-kyo and Sungshin Women's University Professor Seo Kyung-duk specially celebrated the 106th anniversary of the March 1 Independence Day.

On the occasion of the 106th anniversary of the March 1 Independence Movement Day, Song Hye-kyo and Seo produced a video of 「Independence Army Female Warrior, Park Cha-jeong」 in multiple languages and released it at home and abroad.

The four-and-a-half-minute video was planned by Professor Seo and sponsored by Song Hye-kyo, and has been widely distributed at home and abroad with Korean and English narrations.

The video details the special envoy of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, key officials of the Geunwoo Association, the establishment of the Nanjing Joseon Women's Association, and the instructor's activities at the Joseon Revolutionary Military Government School. In particular, it was emphasized that Park Cha-jung was the second female independence activist to be honored with the Order of Merit for National Foundation after Yoo Gwan-soon.

Professor Seo made the fourth video after Chung Jung-hwa, Yoon Hee-soon, and Kim Maria to shed new light on the lives of female independence activists, who are not well known to the public, and to introduce them widely at home and abroad," he said.

In the future, he added, `We plan to produce a series of multilingual videos about more female independence activists and continue to inform them at home and abroad.'
