The purchased site is located a two-minute walk from Exit 3 of Samgakji Station, a transfer station on Line 4 and Line 6, and it has a great geographical advantage as it can be used on foot to Shin Yongsan Station, where large companies such as HYBE and Amore Pacific are located, where Group BTS (BTS) belongs. Shin Min-ah has currently demolished old houses and fences and is operating the site as a parking lot.
