Transfer Love 2 Kim Tae-yi is indicted without detention for a drunk driving contact accident

On February 20, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office indicted Kim Tae-i without detention on charges of violating the law on the aggravated punishment of certain crimes (hazardous driving injuries).
Kim Tae-i is accused of hitting a passerby while driving drunk at around 5 a.m. on September 15 last year in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The stricken passerby was reportedly bruised.
Kim Tae-yi is said to have claimed that `there was a collision accident while moving the vehicle because the parking manager asked for the car to be moved while stopping to call for a chauffeur.'
"We have attended a police investigation and stated the situation, and we deeply reflect on it and apologize," the agency, S-Team Entertainment, said.
