According to local media such as Bild magazine, claims have been made that a black smoke ring was seen in the sky in Berlin, the German capital, on the 3rd (local time).
Witnesses said the black ring was almost motionless.
Speculations have been raised that 'UFO from the outside world' have been raised, but the argument that it is largely due to exhaust emissions or fireworks from large machines is gaining more support.
One netizen suggested "[This may have been created by industrial processes or by the evaporation of sludge and exhaust into the air."
Another claimed "These effects often occur in fireworks and fireworks shows as well."
This is not the first time that black smoke rings have been seen.
On the 17th of last month, there were claims that a ring-shaped circular object was also seen over Venezuela, South America.
