A gas leak explosion occurred in a restaurant building in Vietnam, injuring a total of eight people, including two Koreans.

According to local ships such as VN Express, an explosion caused by gas exposure occurred at around 8:20 a.m. on the 16th at a restaurant building in Binyan City, northern Binh Phuk Province.

At that time, the building was under construction to be converted into a restaurant.

Several workers near the site of the explosion were burned. Some were injured with glass fragments stuck in their bodies.

So far, a total of eight people have been injured, including two Koreans and six Vietnamese.

In addition, all the glass on the front of the three-story shopping mall was shattered and flew to the 35m position, indicating the power of the explosion.

An initial investigation by the Binpuk Fire Department found that dentists working in nearby shopping malls smelled a gas leak and warned workers 10 minutes before the explosion, but ignored it.
