Another wheel breakaway occurred in an aircraft made by Boeing.

According to foreign media such as the New York Post and CBS News, the wheels of the United Airlines plane that took off from Los Angeles International Airport and headed to Denver Airport fell off at around 7 a.m. on the 8th (local time).

The aircraft is a Boeing 757-200 aircraft.

Seconds after takeoff, the New York Post said video showed the tire dislodging from the aircraft's landing gear and falling to the ground.

A United Airlines spokesperson said the wheel was later found in Los Angeles and the cause of the accident was under investigation. It is not yet known if it caused damage to the ground.

The flight, which had no problems with its operation, landed safely in Denver about three hours later, with no injuries among 174 passengers and seven crew members.

The accident is similar to the one that occurred in March. At that time, a Boeing 777-200 bound for Osaka, Japan, with 249 people on board, fell off shortly after takeoff from San Francisco.

The accident caused the aircraft to make an emergency return to LA Airport.

As soon as the plane took off from the runway, one of the six left tires fell to the ground. This damaged several cars in the San Francisco airport parking lot.

Meanwhile, about 50 Boeing-made aircraft accidents occurred this year, six times more than Airbus.

Boeing recently pleaded guilty to criminal fraud charges related to two fatal crashes of its 737 MAX jetliner.
