Arriving in the country with about 100 live snakes 'bug'bag wriggles

According to local media such as Dhawan News, recently, customs at Putian Port in Shenzhen, China, investigated a man entering the country in suspicious clothes and walking.
Customs officials found six packages tied with string and cloth in the bag the man was carrying.
Employees were stunned when they opened the wriggling package.
Each package was full of live snakes of colorful colors and various shapes. When I counted, there were a total of 104.
There were five types of snakes: milk snake, pig-nosed snake, corn python, Texas rat snake, and cobra. Except for the Texas rat snake, the rest are exotic species.
Customs said they are investigating the man and will punish him according to the law.
Under China's quarantine law, it is prohibited to arbitrarily bring in foreign species or live animals and plants without obtaining approval.
