Changwon Himchan Hospital Commends Outstanding Institutions for Integrated Nursing and Nursing Services

Changwon Himchan Hospital (Hospital Director Sanghoon Lee) was selected as an excellent institution for integrated nursing and nursing services in 2024 and received a citation from the National Health Insurance Corporation's Boolean Police Regional Headquarters (Director Choi Deok-geun).
Since 2019, the National Health Insurance Service has introduced a performance evaluation system for hospitals that operate integrated nursing and nursing services, and has provided differential incentives for the treatment of nursing personnel and environmental improvement depending on the results. Changwon Himchan Hospital received high scores in evaluation items such as the participation rate in integrated nursing and nursing services, the degree of support for improving the treatment of nursing personnel, the direct employment rate of regular nursing personnel and nursing support personnel, and the compliance rate of the provisional personnel placement standards, and obtained the highest grade A as a result of the 2023 performance evaluation.
