A business that was illegally providing male sex enhancement services in Vietnam was caught.

According to local media such as VN Express, the Ho Chi Minh City police arrested four women and three men of SPA staff on the 26th (local time) on charges of illegally providing penis-expanding services and detaining and extorting customers.

The owner of the spa is under investigation for the same charges but has been released on bail because he is pregnant.

City officials and police were investigating the spa after receiving a tip earlier that it was advertising illegal medical procedures for 'increased penis length' and 'extending the duration of sexual intercourse'.

Last week, police cracked down on the spa in a surprise move and found a 47-year-old man being held by staff after overcharging disputes.

Authorities also found employees keeping a number of identification cards and customers' cell phones because of unpaid service charges. It turns out that most of the employees have not even signed a formal employment contract.

Police found that unproven treatment services were advertised and provided to customers here, which was not authorized by the city's Department of Health.

The spa owner admitted to purchasing the products despite not fully understanding the function or effectiveness of the service device.

Police are expanding their investigation and have asked for active reports and reports from victims.
