Man 40cm mocked into rectum through anus, why?

According to India TV, medical staff at Chatarpur District Hospital in Madhya Pradesh performed an operation on the 20th (local time) to remove gourds from the workplace of a 60-year-old male farmer.
The patient visited the hospital complaining of severe abdominal pain at the time.
Tests showed that the inside of the farmer's workplace was completely embedded with gourds, causing significant damage to the inside.
Accordingly, after two hours of emergency surgery, the medical staff safely removed the 40cm-long gourd. Its shape is similar to that of zucchini, which is mainly produced in Korea.
The patient refused to reveal how the gourd became lodged in the rectum through the anus.
Medical staff raised the possibility of sexual problems or mental health reasons. It did not rule out the possibility of an accident.
The patient reportedly returned home after treatment.
