Mom Makes Her 4-Year-Old Daughter Walk Hot Asphalt Barefoot, Reason Is Ridiculous

According to local media, including the Seongju Ilbo, a girl of about 4 years old was seen walking barefoot without shoes on a road in Shinju County near Taipei, Taiwan. Next to her, the girl's mother was dragging a carrier containing her shopping items.
The photographer explained that the time was around 11:10 a.m. and the temperature was close to 35 degrees Celsius, so the asphalt was heated.
The girl was in pain and repeatedly said "The bottom of her foot is too hot". It was so hot that I walked with a jump, but my mother walked with her daughter's hand regardless.
When the photographer asked why her daughter did not wear shoes, the mother replied "My child has lost her shoes and I have no money to buy her shoes."
In response, the photographer offered to buy shoes for the child, but the mother was angry, saying, `Don't bother.'
When asked again if he was abusing her, her mother even mocked her, saying, `If it appears to be a crime, report it.'
The photographer, who followed the mother and daughter for about 20 minutes, eventually reported it to the police.
Police were dispatched, but the mother and daughter who entered the house did not open the door. In response, the police informed the child protection agency.
The institution will soon visit the mother and daughter's house to investigate whether they are habitual abuse.
