A culture that combines work and exercise is spreading among young people in China.

According to the Hong Kong media South China Morning Post, the exercise method called '5 minutes fast charging' posted on local social media 'Xiao Hongshu' is gaining popularity.

One netizen posted a picture and an explanation that 'Workers have their own gyms'



In the picture, the woman is holding a lunch delivery bag in one hand and a canvas bag in the other, which is used instead of dumbbells to be repeatedly lifted.

Additionally, several food delivery bags were tied around the waist to add weight.



Colleagues explained "She's always volunteering to take and bring lunch for the office staff downstairs."

"Sitting in the office all day, you don't have time to go to the gym, so you can save money on the gym by working out quickly while you're taking out or waiting for the elevator."," he complimented her.



In another post, an intern brings yoga mats to work out.

The intern is doing worship and yoga at the same time with an iPad with a wealth screen in front of the yoga mat.

Her actions sparked lively discussions online.

Netizens are saying, "It's a genius idea, it's the best multitasking. You can worship, exercise, and relax at once," he said.

Other short exercises shared online include doing Pilates while sitting on an office chair, swinging a badminton racket, and lifting a water toy.

Another employee jogs to the subway station with a laptop.

She stressed that `My laptop is a little heavy and feels like I'm doing weight training,' `The five-minute fast charging exercise is perfect for our office workers who often work overtime and don't have much free time.'
