On the 10th, the Korea Racing Authority (Chairman Jung Ki-hwan) held the '2nd CEO Core Value Talk Concert' along with the 'Vision and Value Day' event at the Culture Sympathy Hall in Gwacheon headquarters. Chairman Chung Ki-hwan discussed and shared with executives and employees how to internalize 'Innovation Leading', one of the core values, through a talk concert.

Since this year, the Korea Racing Authority has been regularly holding 'Vision and Value Day', which means sharing and communicating everyone's vision and capabilities to share management issues and core values with all executives and employees. This reflects Chairman Chung Ki-hwan's willingness to contribute to resuming the field of communication, which has been cut off due to the influence of COVID-19, and to unite the organization's internal capabilities.

This talk concert is the first event where all executives and employees gather together since 50 new employees joined the company this year, and there was a lively atmosphere with new faces in the organization. The event began with a special lecture on organizational culture innovation by Hwang Sung-hyun, CEO of Quantum Insight, in relation to the core value of the Korean Horse Racing Society. Since then, one-on-one talks between CEO Hwang and Chairman Chung have been held, followed by free Q&A sessions of executives and employees.

CEO Hwang discussed ways to innovate organizational culture to create sustainable results with executives and employees of the Korea Racing Authority. Representatively, topics such as 'How to manage organizational culture to prepare for the future in a rapidly changing internal and external environment' and 'How to overcome the generational gap between the MZ generation and the manager's position' led to heated discussions.

Chairman Chung Ki-hwan said, "In order for the Korean Horse Association to create an organizational culture for the future, it depends on how the employees of the Korean Horse Association will accept change and pursue innovation, and how much they cooperate and communicate with each other." he said.
