The teenager ran away, but Ramamurti was caught at the scene.

Meanwhile, in Singapore, smoking outside of a smoking area is fined between 200 and 1,000 Singapore dollars.
In addition, first-time offenders who obstruct the execution of official duties could face fines of up to SGD2,000. Recidivism or repeat offenders can face fines of up to S$5,000 and up to three months in prison or both.
