The story of both brothers transitioning sex in Vietnam is a hot topic.

According to foreign media such as Ken14 and the South China Morning Post, Nguyen Van Ngah (36) and Nguyen Van Chow (33) brothers from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, changed their sex with the support of their parents.

Parents did not support them from the beginning. The father, who disapproved of the feminine behavior, even hit them, but eventually accepted the sons' request.

Ngah, the eldest son, said she enjoyed playing with dolls in dresses when she was young.

As I got older, I realized that my psychological gender was not male and told my family that I wanted to be a woman.

In response, his father, Eung-ok, locked him inside the house, cut his hair, tied his legs and hit him several times to prevent him from going out.

Ngok thought that punishment would scare his son and give up the idea of sex change," he said.

However, the mother persuaded her husband all the time to accept her son's choice.

In the process, when his son ran away from home one after another, the father eventually acknowledged the sex change.

Chow, the younger brother who saw what his brother did, also said he wanted to change sex, and his parents were shocked again, but they accepted it.

The brothers underwent sex reassignment surgery in Thailand thanks to their parents' full funding.

The father, Ngok, said that when the two sons were born, they were named 'live a rich life', but now they are two daughters ' precious jewels'.

He said, `I feel proud whenever people say things that praise my two daughters for their beauty," he added.

Ngah and Chow, who became sisters, are working on singing and selling things online.

Chow recently married a man two years younger than her.
