Underground Hospital for Illegal Plastic Surgery on Wanted Criminals and Scammers

According to foreign media such as the Global Times, Philippine police recently raided 'underground hospital' in Pasa, southern Manila.
The charges are that he illegally performed plastic surgery on criminals such as wanted criminals and fraudsters and helped them avoid arrest.
The scale is 400㎡, which looks like a general clinic, but there were various surgical tools.
Teeth transplants, hair transplants, and facial restoration were illegally performed here, and medical staff were also foreign doctors who could not conduct medical treatment in the Philippines.
Police arrested five people at the scene, including two Vietnamese doctors and a Vietnamese nurse.
The clients of 'underground hospitals' were mostly people illegally engaged in the telephone fraud and gambling industries. Some of them were wanted criminals being pursued by the police.
A police official said, `In the case of underground hospitals, patients' identification is not checked.' It was mainly used by wanted criminals, illegal aliens, and online gambling scammers," he said.
Police have shut down the hospital and are reportedly investigating two other illegal hospitals.
