According to The Mirror and other foreign media, Green was shot dead by a masked gunman while visiting a hair salon opening ceremony in Oakland, California on the afternoon of the 13th (local time).
Many fans at the scene witnessed the horrific accident that happened to her.
One witness said "A man wearing a hood walked through the door and started shooting at her, who was performing a rap performance."He didn't shoot at anyone else, he only aimed at her."
It is speculated that the tragic shooting was caused by a conflict between Greene and her deceased ex-boyfriend's family.
She shot her ex-boyfriend after a fight in 2020. He was later released after being sentenced to self-defense.
