A video of a woman's breast enlargement surgery in China has been circulated online, shocking.

According to local media such as Security News DotNet, A underwent breast enlargement surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China in January.

Recently, she was surprised to see videos of her surgery before and after online, such as 'The Woo-in'.

The video showed her in postoperative bandages and under anesthesia. The face was also exposed without mosaic treatment.

The problem was that the video was re-edited, so the person who posted it for the first time could not be known.

Accordingly, A demanded a public apology and compensation from the plastic surgery clinic that had undergone surgery, along with the deletion of the video. He also said to guarantee in writing that the video will not be circulated again.

However, the hospital said it is impossible to track the person who filmed the video because the CCTV footage installed will be destroyed after three months, adding that it will ask social media platforms to delete the video if it is reposted online.

A countered that the hospital should be able to identify the photographer.

She argued that it was very unlikely that an outsider came in and filmed it due to the nature of the operating room.

In response, the hospital made a poor excuse that the employee suspected of filming the video later resigned and had no contact information.

Eventually, A decided to sue the hospital.

One legal expert wrote, "Posting a video online revealing the face without the patient's consent is an infringement of privacy and portrait rights."The hospital is responsible for keeping the patient's portrait and medical information confidential, and if the patient's information is exposed without the patient's knowledge, the hospital should be responsible for corresponding management."
