According to Chinese media such as Jimu News, Luo, who lives in Liuzhou, Guangxi Province, ordered an excavator for digging garden soil worth 10,000 yuan (about 2 million won) online in February.
The product is a one-ton multi-function mini excavator, and the online product description stated that it can be used for various purposes, such as grinding, gathering wood, scratching grass, drilling, and not just for digging.
Mr. Luo ordered by paying 10,000 yuan after checking the configuration of the function with the seller.
But it was a toy excavator that arrived a few days later.
When Luo complained to the seller, he changed his words, and he couldn't get in touch well.
An angry Mr. Luo filed a civil lawsuit with the seller by attaching the record and contents of the conversation.
The court said "Seller's conduct constitutes fraud"'Return 10,000 yuan to Luo and pay three times the compensation.'"
However, Luo added to return the toy excavator sent by the seller.
