Daily Curry Bread Highest Sales 'Guiness World Record' How Delicious Is It

According to Japanese media such as the Japan Times and the Nikkei newspaper, Seven-Eleven Japan sold 76,987,667 curry breads in 2023 and was listed in the Guinness World Records. The company first launched curry bread in Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefecture in June 2021 and expanded its sales nationwide in December of the following year.
Curry loo made from more than 30 different spices is wrapped in breadcrumpled dough and fried in a store kitchen. It is being sold for 160 yen (about 1,500 won) each.
The company is considering changing the mixture of spices according to the season in the future.
The company will sell curry bread at a discount until the 11th to commemorate the Guinness record certification.
