In the United States, a fairy tale book caused a fire inside a car.

According to U.S. media such as ABC and USA Today, a fire broke out inside a minivan car in a residential area in Burke County, North Carolina, on the 25th (local time).

Not long after the family who went to church got out of the vehicle, the baby car seat caught fire.

While the driver reported to the fire station, the neighbor dragged a garden hose and put out the fire.

No one was injured, but the infant car seat melted down, and there were traces of fire such as soot inside the vehicle.

Police and firefighters were looking at the infant car seat and assumed that the fire was started by a button-type battery that looked like a coin in the fairy tale book.

This fairy tale book is a product that makes sounds when you press a button while reading, and millions of copies have been sold in the United States.

Some raised the possibility of a lithium-ion battery fire, but the suspicion was resolved when the publisher that published the fairy tale book released a picture of the built-in button-type battery.

The publisher said it is closely investigating the cause of the accident in cooperation with the authorities.

Netizens are saying, "Lithium-ion batteries are scary, but button-type batteries have a possibility of fire. I'm worried that children's toys have a lot of batteries."", "I'm glad the child wasn't hurt", "Wouldn't it be caused by exposure to sunlight while parked?"
