Global hit FPS game 'Crossfire' meets in animation

The "Crossfire" animation is produced as one of 15 episodes of the omnibus animation "Secret Level" created by Blur Studio, an animation production company famous for the top-notch "Love, Death + Robot" production company of Prime Video Netflix under Amazon in the United States.
The executive producer of 'Secret Level' was directed by Tim Miller, who directed 'Deadful' (2016) and 'Terminator: Dark Fate' (2019). Executive Producer Tim Miller introduced 'Secret Level' based on 15 global game IPs at this Gamescom. Among them, 'Crossfire' is a 15-minute short animation based on the world view of the original game and is scheduled to be launched on Prime Video on December 10.
'Crossfire' is the only Korean game IP to be selected as an episode of 'Secret Level'. The other 14 episodes included monumental IPs from the gaming industry, such as 'Dungeons & Dragons', 'Pac-Man' and 'Mega Man'. 'Crossfire' is currently being serviced in more than 80 countries around the world and has 1 billion users. Based on IP power verified in games, IP is expanding to various areas such as dramas, theme parks, movies, and e-sports.
Prior to this, the drama 'Crossfire' based on 'Crossfire' which was released on Tencent Video in July 2020 was very popular, recording more than 2 billion views. This year marks the 11th anniversary of the "Crossfire Stars" e-sports league, where players from all over the world compete, with remarkable growth every year.
"Crossfire is expanding into various areas such as e-sports, dramas, and theme parks, enhancing its status as a mega-IP," said Smilegate, a video business manager. The newly released animation is also part of efforts to provide a broader IP experience to users around the world. "Crossfire" is the only Korean game IP to be selected, and it will provide a world view and narrative to users and viewers of the game."
