According to Chinese media such as China Dotcom and Sohu Dotcom, a 3-year-old boy playing in the yard of a house in Fujian Province told his grandfather to wipe toys from the river on the 27th.

The grandson tried to go to the river again and wash his toys, but the grandfather did not answer.
