On July 26, the Korea Racing Authority delivered sponsored items to the Seoul Nursing Home with Vice Chairman Bang Se-kwon and Director Ko Chi-beom of the Seoul Nursing Home in attendance and also conducted volunteer activities of 'Holstheapy (horse-mediated healing).'

The Korean Horse Association has been continuously promoting community sharing through the social contribution program 'Angels Day'. The delivery of sponsored items was also part of the Angels Day program, and it was intended to contribute to the promotion of community welfare by delivering essential hygiene products for the elderly to Seoul nursing homes.

In addition, the program was held to provide opportunities to experience speech culture for senior citizens in Seoul nursing homes. 'Holstherapy' is a type of animal-mediated healing that allows people and horses to interact emotionally and relieve psychological stability and stress in the process. It mainly uses small ornamental horses, and this activity also brought joy to many people with lovely miniature varieties of horses such as 'Brownie' and 'Hippo'.

Senior citizens of the Seoul Nursing Home were able to have a unique and happy experience through special communication with words that were hard to encounter," he said. In addition, an official at the Seoul Nursing Home said, `We appreciate the sponsorship of goods by the horse community, but we are glad that Holstherapy using horses has received a much greater response than expected from the elderly.'

Bang Se-kwon, vice chairman of the Korean Horse Association, said "We will continue to contribute to the community through business-linked volunteer activities called Holsterapy that only the Korean Horse Association can do as well as supporting goods.'
