According to Thai media such as Channel 7 and Line Today, the body of a 53-year-old woman was found in a bedroom of a house in the Mokchampae area of Maehong Son Province, Thailand on the 6th (local time).
The body, which appeared to have been killed the night before, was so badly wounded that its original face could not be recognized.
Her husband insisted to the police that `I slept with my wife, but I don't know who killed her.'
However, the police suspected that her husband, who was with her, did not know when she saw the condition of the body.
Residents also stated that when her husband was drunk, he always argued with his wife and assaulted her.
After continuing to question the police, the man finally confessed that he had killed him.
He, who was usually suspicious, recently got into a quarrel with his wife when she returned from an overnight prayer at a temple with the residents, and he fainted with anger.
Later, it was revealed that he detonated a small ping pong ball-shaped bomb in his wife's mouth.
Police have arrested him and are conducting further investigations.
