'The loneliest killer whale in the world.'

It refers to a 35-year-old killer whale 'Kshamenk' that was recently photographed by an animal rights group.

According to local media such as Uko Digital, an animal protection campaign group 'UrgentSeas' posted a 24-hour video of Kshamenk with a drone on social media.

Kshamenk is confined to a small swimming pool in Argentina's largest aquarium, 'Mundo Marino'.

According to the video taken by the group, Kshamenk, the killer whale, barely moves and stares at the door of the tank 24 hours a day.

They are holding a silent demonstration with their bodies fixed in front of the door as if they are asking to let them out.

The organization stated that "the aquarium trapped the killer whale in a cramped environment with limited movement and completely isolated it from other individuals" he criticized.

A spokesperson for the organization said "We continue to work with Argentine activists and members of parliament to highlight and inform his brutal habitat""Before it's too late, we need to get him out of the small pool to join other members of the same species."," he stressed.

Meanwhile, the killer whale Kshamenk was captured in 1992 at Samborombon Bay off the coast of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and transferred to the Mundo Marino.

Kshamenk, then three years old, was moved to a concrete tank in the aquarium, where he spent the last 32 years, according to the aquarium.

The killer whale 'Belen' who was caught with him died in 2000 at the age of 13. As a result, Kshamenk has lived alone for the past 24 years.
