The Medical Association 'Starting of the 'Matching Project for Observation of Members and Major'
The Career Support TF (Chairman Park Geun-tae) for the major of the Korean Medical Association announced that it will start a matching project between practitioners and majors from the 30th.

The project was led by the Korea Open Council to reflect the demand for job search by resignation majors and the demand for observations and job openings by practitioners, and was designed to allow residents to attend the opening. Through this, we want to experience various aspects of practitioners, strengthen vocational competencies, and narrow the gap between practitioners and residents.

This match will be held through Google Form, and applications will be accepted for six days from August 30 to September 4. After that, the matching work for seniors and juniors will be carried out through the cabinet meeting for seven days from September 5th to September 11th, and the actual observation will be carried out from September 19th.

Park Geun-tae, chairman of the Korean Council of Members and the chairperson of the Career Support Task Force for Majors, said, `We are continuously working together with the medical associations to come up with a plan to support the medical residents who have chosen the difficult path"The Council of Korean Members will continue to do its best to listen to and reflect the voices of teachers majoring in the future." he said.

Lim Jin-soo, the planning director of the Medical Association, who serves as the secretary of the career support TF for the major, said, `We tried to come up with a realistic support plan that would reach the teachers of the major even earlier considering the time it takes to reorganize the job search bulletin board of the medical association newspaper.' He added "We ask for the participation of teachers from open schools and majors."

On the other hand, a badge and a letter of appreciation will be delivered to senior doctors participating in the career support project, meaning harmony between seniors and juniors and a letter of appreciation.
