The video was posted on social media by a blogger to find the parents of a lost three-year-old girl at a subway station in Shanghai.
Mr. Wang said "This child really looked like my daughter, and his expression was the same," he said.
She then suspected mistakes or intentional leaks from the hospital storing frozen embryos.
She gave birth to a daughter through an in vitro baby procedure in May 2018, and she kept the embryos in the hospital because she could have a second child.
She said "When you do an in vitro baby procedure, they don't just collect one egg. There may have been a mistake in giving my embryo to someone else, and the doctor may have made a mistake."
"We cannot dare to condemn the hospital's wrongdoing without evidence, but if there was a violation, we must resolve it."," he added.
She appealed in a social media video that she wanted to contact the girl's family for a DNA test.
The girl, who went missing afterwards, reportedly returned to her parents' arms.
The girl's parents said online that they had reported the matter to the police, saying "My daughter, who is now two and a half years old, was born with a natural pregnancy."
Wang later deleted the video he posted.
