A small plane crashed in Thailand, killing all nine people on board.

According to Thai media such as Thai PBS and Tairas, a light plane that took off from Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport crashed into the mangrove forest in Bangpakong, Bangpakong, on the 22nd (local time). The plane was identified as a Cessna Caravan C208B turboprop operated by the Thai Flying Service Company.

At the time, he was heading to Trat, a coastal province about 275 km southeast of Bangkok.




There were nine passengers, including seven passengers and two pilots, and no survivors were found.

Five Chinese tourists from Hong Kong, two Thai female flight attendants, and a Thai pilot and co-pilot were identified as the dead.

The cause of the accident has not yet been determined.




Thailand's Civil Aviation Authority said the plane left Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport at 2:46 p.m.

About 11 minutes later, the air traffic control station said radio and radar connections to the aircraft were lost about 35 kilometers southeast of the airport.
