Performance of Suncheonhyang University Cheonan Hospital, Position and Middle Manager Workshop

On the afternoon of the 26th, Suncheonhyang University-affiliated Cheonan Hospital (Hospital Director Park Hyung-guk) held a 2024 workshop for positions and middle managers at Songwon Hall in the hospital auditorium.
The workshop was held under the theme of 'Government Policy Direction and Hospital Operation Plan for the Second Half of the Year in accordance with Changes in the Medical Environment'.
On the 'change in the medical environment such as government policy', lectures and discussions were held on ▲ the direction for medical institutions to move forward due to changes in government policy and medical environment (Ham Myung-il, professor of health administration and management at Soonchunhyang University), ▲ Medical quality indicators management plan according to government policy (Kim Eun-seok, head of the appropriate medical office).
The 'Hospital Operation Plan for the Second Half' was followed by ▲New Hospital Relocation and Operation Plan (Chairman Kim Joon-hyuk) ▲Hospital Operation Plan for the Second Half of 2024 (Hospital Director Park Hyung-guk). Hospital Director Park Hyung-guk said, `We asked all faculty and staff to join forces to overcome the management crisis and successfully relocate and settle the new hospital in a continuous emergency management system, sharing management status, challenges, and management goals.'
Meanwhile, Suncheonhyang University Cheonan Hospital's new hospital is being built with 15 floors above ground and 5 floors below ground, attached to the current hospital's northern side. Construction is underway with the aim of completion in December this year and opening in February 2025, and the current process rate has exceeded 80%.
