Following last year, the Horse Museum of the Korea Horse Association (Chairman Jung Ki-hwan) is recruiting works to be presented at the 「Exhibition on Horse Painting for Children and Youth with Developmental Disabilities」. Last year's end-of-year special exhibition 'My Picture, My Dream' was held with a lot of interest and support from participants, families, and schools, and it has established itself as one of the major events along with regular special exhibitions and invited artist exhibitions from this year.

Among children and adolescents with developmental disabilities (ages 9-23), the contest, which will provide experiences of the entire process from production to exhibition of works, can be challenged by anyone with developmental disabilities who like words and paintings. First, a flat piece (394×545mm) or larger (material freedom) made of horses is made, and then the image of the work is taken (more than 1mb in capacity) and the name, age, school, and contact information (guardian or teacher) is written by e-mail (paint@kra.co.kr ) to complete the application. It is okay not to have an affiliated institution such as a school or welfare center.

The application period is from the 8th to November 17. The Korea Racing Authority will select and announce 30 points in November after blind screening. The selected works will be displayed for two months in the Horse Museum's special exhibition room. A small souvenir is also provided to the exhibition participants. More details can be found on the announcement on the Korea Racing Authority website.

Chung Ki-hwan, president of the Korea Racing Authority, said, "I was able to experience the healing of words and art at once by looking at the wonderful horse paintings exhibited at the first exhibition in 2023"I ask for the support of my parents, teachers, social workers, and friends around me so that many aspiring artists can have an exhibition opportunity again this year."
