The Korea Racing Authority (Chairman Chung Ki-hwan) held an encouragement event on the 24th for Seoul horse racing officials who are striving to operate stable horse racing despite the implementation of night racing in the heat wave.

In front of the Juam and Sampo Masa restaurants, signs and coffee cars with words of support were prepared to soothe the summer heat. Cold drinks were provided free of charge, attracting many horse racing officials.

At the same time, in order to spread the management policy, the core values of the Korean Horse Association, 'Innovation Lead', 'Communication and Cooperation', and 'Ethics and Integrity' stickers were attached to the cup holder. In addition, there was also a place to share the Korean Horse Association's action promise, 'Small.Happiness.(Small but definite action promise)' with horse racing officials.

Promise of action.Hang' is the nine commitments made by all executives and employees. It is receiving great response for specifically suggesting ways to easily implement the core values of the Korean horse community in daily life, such as 'If you work silently, you ask for help when you are in a rush, and 'If you are asked to do so, you will actively respond.'"

Chung Ki-hwan, president of the Korea Racing Authority, expressed his gratitude to all those involved for their efforts to ensure stable horse racing""In the future, we will continue to actively spread the institutional management policy to internal and external stakeholders to become a company loved by the public.""
