On the 6th, the Korea Racing Authority (Chairman Jung Ki-hwan) held a 'Yeongcheon Racing Park Integrity Construction Site Practice Convention Ceremony' hosted by Yoon Byung-hyun, a standing auditor of the Korea Racing Authority, at the Yeongcheon Racing Park construction site (located in Kumho-eup, Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongbuk).

On-site representatives of partners, including officials from the Korea Racing Authority, including Yoon Byung-hyun, standing auditor, Hwang In-hwan, head of the Yeongcheon Construction Project, seven construction companies, three construction project management teams, and five subcontractors, attended the signing ceremony.

The Yeongcheon Horse Racing Park construction project, which will be collaborated by Gyeongsangbuk-do, Yeongcheon-si, and the Korean Horse Association, is a project to build a horse racing park in stages (1st and 2nd stages) on 440,000 pyeong of land in Geumho-eup, Yeongcheon-si, with a total project cost of 305.7 billion won. In the first phase of the ongoing project, 185.7 billion won will be invested in 200,000 pyeong of land to create a race road, a viewing platform, a massage, and a waterside park. The scheduled completion date is March 2026.

The Korea Racing Authority is making various efforts to promote the construction of the clean Yeongcheon Racing Park, including construction sites. The agreement ceremony with officials was also organized as a time for the standing auditor to serve as a communication channel with partners in order to reflect on his will to carry out clean projects and realize win-win cooperation.

On behalf of the affiliates, Yoon Byung-hyun, the standing auditor of the Korea Racing Authority, Lee Kyung-seok, the head of Korea General Technology, and Kim Sa-hyun, the head of Hyundai Engineering, participated in the "Convention on the Practice of Innocent Construction Site". They pledged in front of various participants to comply with laws and principles, perform their work reasonably and fairly, and signed the agreement.

Meanwhile, at the construction site where more than 250 workers sweated, a campaign was held to actively promote win-win cooperation projects based on safety and integrity along with coffee cars, leading to a time to cool down the heat wave.

At the subsequent meeting, various opinions from partners for successful business implementation were proposed. Opinions for win-win, such as stable payment of construction costs through the win-win payment system, requesting early payment of ready-made funds, and requesting a comfortable dining environment, and requesting to provide programs for smooth on-site safety education were discussed. Yoon Byung-hyun, a standing audit committee member, replied that he would actively examine and reflect the proposals with Hwang In-hwan, head of the Yeongcheon Construction Project.

"Safety and integrity are the top priority," said Yoon Byung-hyun, a standing audit committee member. "Please make every effort to protect individual safety and health rights." In addition, "Please listen to each other's voices and maintain a cooperative attitude for successful business execution. The audit office will also do its best to support the active administration of the field staff of the Korea Racing Authority" he said.
