 The Korean Racing Authority will host the '2024 Fair Racing Competition'



The Korea Racing Authority (Chairman Chung Ki-hwan) announced on the 5th that it will hold the '2024 Fair Racing Competition' to establish measures to strengthen the fairness of racing that the public feels.

The contest was first held last year to strengthen fairness in horse racing. As a result, a total of 15 selected award-winning works were used to improve public awareness of horse racing fairness. Thanks to this, the competition will be held this year following last year so that a fair culture of horse racing can be established.

The theme of the '2024 Fair Racing Competition' is 'ideas and contents for enhancing fairness in horse racing', which consists of a total of four areas (ideas, slogans, fair emblems, and posters). The competition period will run from the 5th to September 29th, and a total of 24 ideas and works will be selected in October through the first and second screening.



The total prize money is worth 10 million won. The prize money of 2 million won will be awarded to the best works in the idea and poster field, and 500,000 won will be awarded to the best works in the slogan and fair emblem field. The selected outstanding winners will be used as promotional materials for fair racing in the Korean Horse Racing Association in the future.
