Self-sustaining Oriental Medicine Hospital Supporting the Elderly in the Vulnerable Class 'Summer Special Dishes'

The Self-Sustaining Medical Foundation (Chairman Park Byung-mo) announced on the 1st that it held a 'special summer meal support event' for the elderly from low-income vulnerable groups on the 31st.
On this day, employees of the Self-Sustaining Medical Foundation and about 30 volunteers from Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do prepared a variety of foods such as black bean noodles and watermelons and provided meals to 100 elderly people aged 65 or older.

A 70-year-old grandmother, who visited the welfare center on this day, said "This summer was hotter and more difficult than before, so I was worried about eating alone at home."Thanks to the volunteer work of the Self-Medical Foundation, I eat delicious meals and gain strength," he said.
Meanwhile, the Jaseng Medical Foundation is striving to support welfare blind spots to inherit the philosophy of Shin Kwang-ryul, a teacher of independence merit, who is the predecessor of Dr. Shin Joon-sik, founder of Jaseng Oriental Medicine Hospital. Earlier this year, executives and employees of the Self-Sustaining Medical Foundation and 20 volunteers from Gangnam and Bucheon Jaesaeng Oriental Medicine Hospital conducted holiday food sharing volunteer activities to 200 elderly people from vulnerable groups at the social welfare center in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do.
