Soon Chun Hyang University Gumi Hospital 'Held's completion ceremony for the construction of the outpatient clinic'Building a patient-centered medical environment'

Suncheonhyang University Gumi Hospital (Hospital President Min Kyung-dae) held a ceremony for the completion of the construction of the outpatient center at 3 p.m. on the 28th at the Hyangseol Auditorium.
More than 100 people attended the event, including Gumi Mayor Kim Jang-ho and Gumi City Council Chairman Park Kyo-sang, as well as heads of institutions and social organizations, Seo Kyo-il, chairman of Dongeun Academy, National Medical Center Director Seo Yoo-sung, and heads of four hospitals under the corporation. The event was held in the order of ▲ introduction of domestic and foreign guests ▲ report to the police ▲ congratulatory speech ▲ commemorative photo ▲ tape cutting ceremony.
Suncheonhyang University Gumi Hospital carried out the construction and remodeling of the outpatient center, including ▲ establishment of a specialized disease center for each floor ▲ expansion of waiting space and resting space ▲ installation of the escalator.
Starting with the groundbreaking ceremony in May 2022, the outpatient center completed two years of new construction, with a floor space of 1,9064.21㎡ (total floor area of 6,110.26㎡, remodeled area of 2953.95㎡), and operates 23 medical departments and 13 specialized centers.
The main building of the existing building has been transformed into a specialized ward to increase the intensive care unit to improve the accommodation environment for severe patients and to allow inpatients to be treated more comfortably. The outpatient clinic relocated all the outpatient clinics in the main building and concentrated various medical departments and laboratories in one place to build a one-stop system.
In addition, it created a patient-centered hospital environment by minimizing the movement of patients by installing bridges and escalators connecting the outpatient hall and the main building to improve convenience.
