Soonchunhyang University Cheonan Hospital introduces 'Fair Labor and Workers' Complaint Solution'

Cheonan Hospital (Hospital President Park Hyung-guk) and the labor union (Chairman Choi Mi-young) signed a business agreement with the National Labor Relations Commission (Chairman Kim Tae-ki) and the Chungnam Provincial Labor Relations Commission (Chairman Kim Do-hyung) at Songwon Hall in the hospital auditorium on the 2nd to build rational labor-management relations and a healthy workplace culture.
The agreement calls for supporting the 'fair labor and management solution' and"office workers' grievance solution(directly). The two solutions supported by the Chungnam Provincial Labor Relations Commission are institutional devices that help resolve disputes and conflicts between labor and management and faculty members quickly.
'Confidential' supports solving problems in the negotiation process between labor and management. It helps labor and management resolve autonomous and peaceful disputes through pre- and post-customized adjustments such as labor-management interviews and coordination of opinions, promotion of dialogue, arrangement of autonomous negotiations, labor-management education, and ADR (negotiation-based alternative dispute resolution) experts.
'Honestly' supports in-house conflict resolution. Support ADR experts for various grievances related to the work of faculty members, such as workplace harassment, sexual discrimination, unfair job assignment, or transfer, to help with proactive and preventive solutions.
Chairman Kim Tae-ki said, `We hope that Suncheonhyang University Cheonan Hospital will play a part in providing the best medical services and developing the community by further developing an exemplary win-win labor-management culture and a workplace culture of human love through the introduction of public and direct management.'
