According to CNN and other U.S. media, Blanchett wore a spoon-made top and black pants to a fan event for the movie 'Borderland' held in LA on the 6th (local time).
The halterneck-shaped top, with 102 spoons attached to the front of the top, is known as the Swedish brand 'Hodakova' product.
Ellen Hodakova Larsson, who designed the clothes, said she got various antique spoons from rural Sweden and made them.
Hodakova said it is committed to building the world's first fully sustainable fashion house and changing the fashion industry's perspective on the possibility of circularity.
