Two planes collided at an airport in Brazil, creating a big hole.

According to Brazilian media such as UOL News, two planes collided on an aircraft taxiway at Congonhas Airport in Sao Paulo, Brazil, at around 5:03 p.m. on the 29th (local time).

The planes in question were the Boeing 737 belonging to GOL Airlines and the Airbus A319 of LATAM Airlines.



The wing part of Latam Airlines' plane hit the tail part of the goal aircraft, creating a large hole in the aircraft.

The accident was believed to have occurred while pushing back a Latam aircraft that had just landed at Congonhas Airport.



Pushback refers to pushing back or moving a special vehicle by connecting it to an aircraft.

At the time, passengers and crew were on board both planes, and no one was injured.
