WeMade opened a teaser site for MMORPG 'Legend of YMIR' which is currently being developed on the 29th.
Through this site, the video of the 「Director's Preview" will be released sequentially from this day, hosted by producer Seok Hoon, the general director of the"Legend of Imir". In the future, producer Seok Hoon told various stories about game development, saying that he plans to actively communicate with users before the release.
In the first episode of Director's Preview, art director Kim Ji-won appeared together to introduce his unique world view and art. It tells the story of the end of the world 'Ragnarök' in a worldview created based on Norse mythology.
'Legend of Imir' is characterized by realistic graphic representation of the harsh and mysterious atmosphere unique to Nordic mythology. It can be confirmed through the video of 'World Water Gorge' first released in the preview, which is an underground battle where the mythical roots of 'Idrasil' came down.
In addition, various technologies such as face scanning were used to create characters. A variety of natural and lively characters increase immersion in overall game play, including combat, and well-known gods such as 'Odin', 'Thor', and 'Rocky' also appear in attractive ways, adding to the fun, WeMade said.
