China has unveiled its own space suit, which has revealed its goal of landing astronauts on the moon by 2030.

According to foreign media such as China's state-run Xinhua News Agency and CNN, China's manned space agency (CMSA) unveiled a special space suit that astronauts landing on the moon will wear on the 28th. The Chinese flag is attached to the left arm of the spacesuit, which has red lines on its arms and legs on a white background.

The spacesuit is built to withstand the moon's extreme temperatures and radiation and dust, and provides physical flexibility for astronauts to perform tasks on the moon's surface, the space agency explained.

It is also equipped with built-in and short-range cameras, an operating console, and an anti-glare helmet visor.

Footage released by CCTV, a Chinese state-run broadcaster, demonstrated Chinese astronauts Zhai Zhigang and Wang Yaping climbing the ladder wearing spacesuits.

Wu Ji-chang, chief architect of astronaut systems, said, `Unlike low-Earth orbit missions, astronauts will be placed in harsh lunar environments while operating off the moon. Complex environmental factors such as high vacuum and low gravity, lunar dust and lunar soil, complex lunar surface topography, high and low temperatures, and strong radiation will have significant impacts on work and protection."

Designer Wang Chunhui told CCTV that `the proportion of spacesuits will make astronauts look more active and dignified' and `will make them look stronger and more beautiful when they step on the moon.'

Meanwhile, China's National Space Administration wants to become the second country in the world to land an astronaut on the moon, and the first manned mission will take place by 2030.

It has also named a spacecraft for manned lunar missions.

The probe was named 'Mengzhou', which means 'Dream Ship', and the lander 'Lanyue', which means 'Take control of the moon'.

China is also planning to establish an international lunar research station on the moon's south pole by 2040.
