A husband in his 70s who sexually assaulted dozens of men after feeding his wife with drugs to make her unconscious will be tried.

According to French media Le Monde, Dominique, a 71-year-old man living near Avignon, and the rapists who participated in the crime were in court.

Dominic was accused of secretly putting sedatives into his wife's glasses for about a decade from July 2011 to October 2020, causing her to fall unconscious, and later calling men recruited online home and then having her sexually assaulted her.

Police have identified 92 rape cases committed by a total of 72 men, 51 of whom have been identified. Some have already died.

They were married, unmarried, and included forklift drivers, firefighters, company presidents, and reporters. Most participated in the crime only once, but some were found to have visited up to six times.

The husband filmed their rape scenes, used disparaging language against other men, and encouraged rape, prosecutors said. Money didn't come and go.

It is known that the wife was not aware of this.

Her lawyer gave her wife a drug strong enough that the defendant was closer to a coma than to sleep"I've only recently learned this terrible fact."

Earlier, Dominique secretly filmed three women's skirts in a shopping mall in September 2020 He was caught by a security guard and investigated by the police.

During the investigation, police searched the elderly's home and found computer records, recorded videos, pornographic photos, and powerful painkillers that gathered men online.

This led to the revelation of a terrible crime against his wife. The trial is scheduled to last until Dec. 20.
