Cigarettes fall from the sky and the sleeping crib catches fire

According to Chinese media such as Beijing News and Hangzhou Daily, a cigarette lit on the bed of a baby sleeping inside an eight-story house in Liangzhou, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
The cigarette butt that fell near the baby's legs made a big hole in the bed sheet.
Fortunately, the mother of the baby on her way to the kitchen found it, turned off the light and threw the cigarette away.
The baby's parents suspected that the man upstairs was responsible for the cigarette falling on the crib in the room.
It was presumed that the cigarette butt was thrown from the protruding window and then hit the railing and fell on the bed.
This suspicion was made because something similar had happened before.
Earlier, a cigarette butt thrown from the upper house caused the child's small sofa to be charred.
The parents visited the upper house to protest, but the man vehemently denied it.
After receiving the report, the police are investigating the man.
