Falling on the 10th floor of a naked man's apartment while playing in the bubble with his girlfriend 'Caston'

According to Taiwanese media such as TVBS and ET Today, Chen, a 25-year-old man who was playing in the water with his girlfriend on the 10th floor of an apartment in Taichung, Taiwan, fell naked at around 9:45 a.m. on the 10th. He died at the scene.
According to CCTV footage at the time, a man crashed right next to two women walking on the sidewalk with a stroller.
People who were eating at nearby restaurants were also shocked to see the man fall with a loud noise. Witnesses are undergoing psychiatric treatment.
According to a police investigation, while his girlfriend's family was away, Chen visited the apartment and fell while playing in the water on the terrace with his girlfriend.
The girlfriend claimed "I was playing in the water with my boyfriend in the simple pool, and he was heading toward the window saying he saw the view outside, but he tripped and fell out of the window."
Police are conducting further investigations with forensic scientists.
