Ilsan Cha Hospital '4th Patient Experience Evaluation' takes first place in northern Gyeonggi Province

Cha Medical University Ilsan Cha Hospital (Director Song Jae-man) ranked first in the northern part of Gyeonggi Province in the 「4th Patient Experience Assessment" released by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service.
Patient experience evaluation is an indicator of whether medical services have been provided patient-centered. It has been conducted by the Korea Appraisal Board since 2017 to check whether patients received medical services corresponding to their personal preferences, needs and values during hospitalization.
Ilsan Cha Hospital ranked No. 1 in medical institutions in northern Gyeonggi Province with 90.18 points, exceeding the average (82.44 points) of all participating institutions.
The evaluation was conducted on 64,246 adult patients who were hospitalized at 374 general hospitals and general hospitals nationwide for more than a day for five months from August to December 2023. The evaluation items are ▶nurse ▶ doctor ▶drug and treatment process ▶ hospital environment ▶ patient rights guarantee ▶ overall evaluation.

Ilsan Cha Hospital invites service design experts to conduct periodic training for its members, and continues to increase patient satisfaction by operating a dedicated TF to reduce patient grievances and discomfort.
