The referee judgment observation program is an event held to strengthen the transparency of the judgment system and increase reliability by providing opportunities for racers to directly check and experience the referee judgment process during the race.
Four athletes who entered the 36th race will participate in the event, and they will be introduced to the main duties of the referee by the referee and will hear explanations on the equipment and the principle of first-come, first-served judgment. After watching the real-time race at the same level as the judges, all the judges will gather to share their opinions and observe the final decision-making process.
In the first half of last year, the Korea Racing Authority said it operated three refereeing observation programs to solve the players' questions and improve their understanding of refereeing, and plans to operate three more times in the second half of this year, including this one
