A Malaysian father set his son's motorcycle on fire to prevent an accident.

They took extreme measures after teenagers died one after another in motorcycle accidents.

Recently, a short-form video platform 'TikTok' posted a video of a motorcycle on fire in an open space.

Despite repeated warnings, the man, the video producer, claimed that his son was angry and set fire to a dangerous street race late in the day.

This is because several Malaysian teenagers recently lost their lives while participating in illegal motorcycle street racing and performing tricks.

He lost his patience"It's better to light this motorcycle before my son dies on the street."

He also issued a stern warning to other teenagers.

He stressed that "This is an opportunity for children who do not listen to their parents and stay out late to repent."

"The action may seem extreme, but it's a step from love," he said, adding that "this is the best way to educate your son, and that you were willing to sacrifice your motorcycle for it."

Malaysian police, meanwhile, have asked parents to closely monitor their children as deaths linked to illegal motorcycle racing have soared over the past year. In Malaysia, a guardian may be prosecuted if a minor is caught driving without a license.
