Sep 21, 2024

The Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam branches of the Korea Hospital Public Relations Association (Chairman Park Jae-gon, Secretary-General of the Dong Medical Center, hereinafter referred to as Buul-gyeong Branch) announced that they will hold a 'SEMENA' in the second half of 2024 at BEXCO Exhibition Hall 1 (No. 311~313) in Busan from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on October 18.

In particular, the seminar is expected to be a place to confirm the elevated status of the Boolean Gyeong Branch and the seminar as it will be held with the largest medical device and hospital facility exhibition 'KIMES Busan 2024' held at BEXCO Exhibition Hall in Haeundae, Busan from the 18th to the 20th of next month.

Starting with the first promotional seminar held at Yangsan Busan National University Hospital in 2008, the Boolean Gyeong Branch, which is recognized as the most active activity by the Korea Hospital Promotion Association, is a member of more than 150 medical institutions and related institutions representing Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam.

The clinic promotion seminars, which had been held steadily for more than a decade until 2019, were suspended due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and about five years later, the seminar in the first half of April was successfully held, laying the groundwork for another leap forward.

In the second half of this year's seminar, ▲ medical advertisements under the theme of 「Promotion of hospitals and clinics turning crisis into opportunities」, should not be done like this! Legal Risk Case Analysis (Bukgang Park Haengnam, CEO of Law Firm) ▲The Immutable Law for Successful Branding (So Young-sik, Executive Director of Enzyme Health Marketing Headquarters) ▲Ask Innovation, Answer with Culture (Lim Kyung-joon, Team Leader of Samsung Changwon Hospital Communication Team) ▲GPT Generation: Changes in our Future due to AI and Application of Public Relations Business (Lee Han-sang, Chief Professor of Yonsei University Sangnam Management Center) will be conducted in this order.

Park Jae-gon, the president of the branch prepared for this seminar, said "The seminar in the first half of April, which was attended by the largest number of people ever held by our branch, was a meaningful time to reaffirm the enthusiasm of the hospital staff and share their concerns, which had been temporarily suspended due to COVID-19.""We tried to make up for the shortcomings by conducting an online lecture satisfaction survey to participants immediately after the first half of the seminar, and we are looking forward to the second half of the seminar because we have the opportunity to hold the seminar jointly with a large event called KIMES Busan.""

Participants will be in charge of public relations and medical institutions across the country, including Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, and all participants will be provided with seminar materials and souvenirs. After the seminar, we will have dinner and communication time through the second part of the event of the 'Boo, Ul, and Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Council Promoter Night'.

The pre-registration period is until October 11, and on-site applications are also available on the day of the event. Inquiries about participation can be made to the secretariat of the Boolean Gyeong Branch.

Meanwhile, the Korea Hospital Public Relations Association (Chairman Park Mi-soon, head of the public relations team at Gangdong Kyunghee University Hospital), established in 1996, currently has 600 public relations officials working at 130 hospitals nationwide as full-time members and consistently conducts regular seminars and online education every year. In particular, it is contributing to the development of the medical community through various activities such as brand management, media promotion, social media marketing, in-house communication, design, video, and homepage, sharing the latest information on the overall hospital promotion field and contributing to improving job performance.
