Eggs are low in sodium and rich in vitamins, minerals, and proteins, which are helpful for health.

However, some point out that too much cholesterol can accumulate excessively.

In the midst of this, a man in the United States has revealed his body changes after eating 720 eggs in a month.

Nick Nowitz, a Ph.D. student at Harvard University in the United States, consumed 24 eggs a day for a month, according to foreign media such as the Daily Mail. In other words, I ate one every hour.

He holds a Ph.D. in human brain metabolism from Oxford University and a Ph.D. in medicine from Harvard University.

Blood tests after 1 month showed an 18% reduction in low density lipoprotein (LDL) levels, i.e., 'bad' cholesterol levels.

LDL is called 'bad cholesterol' because it can accumulate plaque in the arteries, increasing the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Experts have warned for decades that eating eggs while `devilizing' cholesterol in eggs can lead to a surge in LDL levels and an increased risk of complications.

Dr. Norwitz hypothesized that eating 720 eggs a month would not increase cholesterol even though it reached 133,200 mg of cholesterol. Specifically, we estimated that it would not increase LDL cholesterol, but the actual results were the same."

He added "Even though cholesterol intake increased more than five times, LDL cholesterol levels fell instead"

However, it is not known what food he ate other than eggs and how much he exercises per day.
